- SICOM-trained support technicians answer the phone live from a queue on average of less than 50 seconds. SICOM does have automated escalation to manage and monitor calls.
- Help Desk services are provided in the following languages: English, Spanish, Italian and French.
- SICOM’s support group is designed to answer calls quickly to establish communication with the customer so that it can ascertain priority and skill level needed to most efficiently assist the customer.
